FAQ
A trial visit helps us make sure your dog feels safe and comfortable in our environment. During this time, we observe their behavior, social skills, and how they adjust to group play. If all goes well, your dog will be ready for a full stay.
We observe your dog for several hours while they interact with staff and other dogs. This includes introductions, playtime, and downtime to see how they adapt. The goal is to make sure every dog is safe and happy.
If your dog shows signs of stress or discomfort, we’ll adjust their routine — giving them extra breaks, smaller play groups, or shorter sessions. We’ll also update you and discuss the best plan moving forward.
Yes, we welcome all breeds. However, we do assess each dog’s temperament to ensure they are a good fit for group play and the cage-free environment.
We welcome both neutered and non-neutered dogs. Every dog goes through a temperament test to make sure they can safely enjoy our cage-free environment.
Not every dog enjoys group play, and that’s okay. We also offer individual playtime and one-on-one attention with our staff to make sure your pup feels safe and happy.
Dogs are grouped by size, temperament, and play style. They rotate between indoor playrooms with toys and a fully fenced outdoor yard, going outside at least every two hours. Outdoor time is adjusted for the weather. All groups are strictly supervised to ensure comfort and safety.
